1. Agreement to Terms

The Terms of Service is a legal agreement you have with yourself personally or in your capacity as an agent for an entity (“you” or “your”) on the one hand, and Jungle Dice (any of “we”, “us” or “our”) on the other. The agreement is related relates to your access to and use of the web site at “https://jungledice.com” and any related media forms, media channels, websites and mobile applications (collectively called “the Site”).

By using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and thereby agree to comply with the Terms of Service. By not complying with the Terms of Service, you are releasing the right to use the Site.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless indicated otherwise, the Site is our exclusive property. All source codes, databases, functionalities, software, designs, audio, video, texts, images and graphics presented on the Site, (in sum, the Content) are either owned by us or controlled or licensed to us. Moreover, trademarks, service marks and logos appearing on the Site make a part of the Content and were accordingly developed, designed and patented according to the rules of intellectual property.

The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site "AS IS" for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service, you may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit the whole or any part of the Site and/or the Content and the Marks for any commercial purpose and any other purpose without our express prior written permission.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
• You will not access the Site in any automated way, including but not limited to by robot, script or other artificial intelligence.
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Your use of the Site will be lawful and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Prohibited Activities

You are hereby notified and made aware that the only permitted use of a particular website is the one for which such a resource is intended and available. The software may not be used for any commercial purposes unless they are expressly authorized or approved by the company. Any user of the site shall not:

• Perform data mining or similar activities to scrape or extract data or any other content or material from the Site, in order to create or produce, either directly or indirectly, any collection, compilation, directory, or database, without our prior written permission.
• Engaging in any of the following activities without our permission is forbidden: taking users’ usernames and/or email addresses from the Site using email or any other means for the purpose of sending out unsolicited emails, or creating user accounts on the Site using automated means or false identity.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site.
• Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
• Use any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Use the Site as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Site and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise.
• Attempt to bypass any measures of the Site designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site, or any portion of the Site (including anti-cheat mechanisms during gameplay).

5. Virtual Items and Currency

The Site may include a virtual, in-game currency ("Virtual Currency") including, but not limited to coins, rewards, or points, that may be purchased from us for "real world" money if you are a legal adult in your country of residence. The Site may also include virtual, in-game digital items ("Virtual Items") that may be purchased from us for "real world" money or for Virtual Currency. Regardless of the terminology used, Virtual Currency and Virtual Items may never be redeemed for "real world" money, goods or other items of monetary value from us or any other party.

You do not own Virtual Items or Virtual Currency but instead purchase a limited personal revocable license to use them. In the event your account is terminated or suspended for any reason, or if we discontinue providing the Services, all Virtual Currency and Virtual Items are forfeited by you. We have the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify and/or eliminate Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Items as we see fit in our sole discretion.

6. Modifications and Interruptions

The Site's content can be modified, altered, or removed by us in our sole discretion without any notice. The Site's information does not need to have been updated by us. The Site can be changed or discontinued by us in our sole discretion without notice. Any changes made to the information will not give rise to any liabilities whatsoever towards us.

We cannot be held responsible for interruptions to the Site for reasons beyond our control. Technical and other problems, including hardware failures, software errors, or maintenance or other issues related to the Site may arise and cause delays or interruptions to the Service. You agree that we shall have no responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, or inconvenience sustained by you as a consequence of being unable to access or use the Site during such interruptions or unavailability.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no circumstance will Jungle Dice or their suppliers be held accountable for damages (including but not limited to damages resulting in loss of data or profit and business interruption) associated with the use of or inability to use the game.
