An aggressive player will often skip moving their lead token to keep a rear token hovering behind you. They intentionally delay their own progress just to threaten your high-value pieces.

The Punishment

The best counter is to starve them. Stay rigidly on safe zones. Force them to waste their high rolls moving past you, then counter-attack.
